Admin Assistant [Malaysia]


 

- To oversee and manage all administrative support activities.

- To manage and record for company belonging for new/resign staff.

- Monitoring and ordering office supplies.

- Liaise with external partners, like vendors, and ensure legal compliance. Kept records of all vehicle due dates for renewing of licenses, permits, etc. and report all other details to management.

-Compiling, maintaining, and updating company records. For example, license, LHDN that related to company certificate. Renew certificate with government department.

- Familiarity with office processes (courier/mail), including filing, handling mail, and directing telephone calls.

- Supervise and provide advice and guidance on general administration functions to the team members.

- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

Job Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least SPM/Cert/Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/ Management or equivalent.

- At least 1 year of relevant working experience. Fresh graduates/entry level applicants are also encouraged to apply.

- Required Skills: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word and Power Point.

- Able to multi-task and work independently.

- Good working attitude, good communication, and interpersonal skills, teamwork, initiative, and good time management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
