What we offer:

    Hourly pay of $20/hr, including a guaranteed bonus - Depending on your performance, you can earn more through our performance-based incentive plans!
    • After seven months, you will have a base salary of $16.44/hour plus significant monthly bonuses based on your performance;

  • Available to work the following hours (5 days per week up to 40 hours per week) :
    • Monday through Friday: 12:30 pm to 9 pm EST;
    • Saturday 10am to 6pm EST;
  • Be able to work from home. You will be able to discuss this in more detail with our recruiting team.
    • Eligibility Criteria:
      • Applicants must reside in close proximity to the Nordia center in order to travel to the center if necessary.
      • Must have a minimum of 25 MBPS of high speed internet;
      • Must have a secure space and not be disturbed during your shift.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:

  • As a Sales Representative (Outbound), you will make outbound calls (from the comfort of your home!) to Virgin
  • Mobile customers. This is the ideal position for anyone who is results driven, passionate about technology and wants to talk about it!
  • Make outbound calls to propose telecom products and services (Internet, mobile and IPTV);
  • Promote complementary solutions based on the needs and habits discussed with the customer.
Qualifications:
What you need to join the team:

  • Aptitude and interest in sales: you are skilled in negotiation, dynamic and persevering ;
  • Ability to adapt to different situations and good confidence in your abilities;
  • Ability to communicate verbally (English) and to synthesize information.
  • High school diploma or equivalent completed;
  • Ability to work in a computerized environment and to multi-task.
  • Experience in a call center or direct sales environment is an asset.

Training start date: July 17th, 2023
