We are seeking a Registered Nurse that is passionate about delivering a high quality of care to join us on a full-time basis, providing field-based support for patients initiated on treatment who require education and training on drug administration techniques. As a proactive and highly motivated Registered Nurse this role will allow you to use your outstanding interpersonal skills to form excellent working relationships with referring HCPs and their patients and to encourage better health outcomes. About the Role:
  • Full-time virtual role.
  • Act as a liaison between the patient, their treating doctor, and other stakeholders within the patient support program
  • Provide an outstanding level of clinical nursing advice and support to patients enrolled in the program
  • Deliver on-going support and guidance to patients
  • Provide injection administration and support
  • Provide education where required
  • Building rapport & relationships with HCPs, identifying customer needs and providing ongoing reporting
  • You will gain exposure to the Pharmaceutical Industry, but work within a smaller, close-knit team at a company that prides themselves in their culture, opportunities for career progression, diverse project work and values.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Registered Nurse (essential) with at least 2-years’ post-registration experience
  • Analytical skills
  • Solutions focused and a can-do attitude
  • Compassionate and empathetic nature to support patients through their treatment journey
  • Self-motivation with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Above average critical thinking skills
  • Organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to comply with regulatory and confidentiality/privacy requirements
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical industry and Medicines Australia Code of Conduct (preferred, but not essential)
  • Strong software and computer literacy skills (ideally with experience of CRM or database systems)
  • Ability to uphold DKSH Healthcare values and ethics
