Your Day to Day:
As Marketing Executive for Dubai’s first certified boutique hotel, you will be responsible for creating impact with a creative social-first approach. With an eye for design, you will develop and execute the brand’s visual identity for online and offline marketing to drive a consistent brand experience and cultivate brand loyalty. This is a varied role that will offer lots of opportunity to the creative marketeer to show off their skills and get involved in creating and executing a consumer driven marketing strategy.
- You’ll take the lead on responding to all our DM’s across all our social media pages.
- Alongside your marketing peers, you will be responsible for creating and administering content on all social media platforms, improving guest engagement, and promoting media campaigns.
- You’ll have a big say on what influencers and content creators we work with, both pro-actively and reactively to ensure we get the best bang for our buck!
- You will conceptualize, visualize and execute creative and design development, including writing and editing social media posts and developing eye-catching visual assets to deliver a compelling brand story.
- You will manage and execute photo shoot and video shoot projects from pre to post production.
- You will love all things marketing and ensure we remain on trend, on brand and accurate in everything we all in everything we do.
- You will work with the Marketing & PR Manager to generate a social media marketing strategy that will promote guest engagement and brand awareness.
- You’ll seek out new relationships with local partners that are a relevant brand fit and drive awareness and interest into the property that give us opportunity to introduce the hotel to new guests.
- You’ll work on activation campaigns that support our overall commercial strategy and ensure our goals are met.
- You will monitor site metrics, strengthen customer relationships through a variety of platforms and engage with our community using our brand tone of voice and your creative flair.
- Ensure marketing collaterals are reflective of our brand standards while conducting frequent audits and content hygiene maintenance.
- A few boring admin duties that keep you up to date with our budgets (just to keep the finance team happy!).
What we need from you:
- At least 1-year experience of social media and content production including planning and managing content in a lifestyle brand setting.
- Familiar with social media landscape and digital marketing channels/ tools.
- Knowledge of editing programs and tools (Photoshop expertise).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- You’ll be hungry to grow as an exceptional marketeer.
