Home Concept is a successful, well-established Kitchen company, with various service points throughout South Africa. An exciting opportunity exists within our company, to become an Agent in multiple regions. We looking for kitchen design, sales and customer service consultant in Polokwane, Limpopo, we need someone that previously designed kitchens ,BIC's and custom cabinetry.

To be considered for an interview, as an agent/entrepreneur you must be goal-driven, have business acumen, no less than 3 years of experience in the business environment, with a particular focus on the kitchen cupboard industry. Should you be interested and meet the above criteria we are looking forward to hearing from you. Owning a vehicle is essential.

Responsibilities and Duties -

  • Liaising with clients
  • Strong entrepreneur skills
  • Measuring and consulting on-site
  • Developing and creating inspiring proposals
  • Quoting on creative work
  • Order tracking and management from start to finish on each job
  • Following up leads
  • Converting leads to sales
  • Meeting monthly sales targets
  • Reviewing test and measure reports
  • Participation in tradeshows, exhibitions, and networking to promote the brand
  • Monitoring the target market, finding out the competitors, keeping up with the trends, latest innovations, and products
  • Administration
  • Achieving KPI’s

Qualifications and Skills

Essential Requirements:

  • A background in Kitchen Design is an advantage however, training will be provided for our system
  • Grade 12 or higher
  • Sales driven
  • Must love working with people
  • Customer Service is imperative
  • Must be willing to work the retail hours
  • Have a “can do” positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Have a Friendly, Efficient, and Flexible Ability to find solutions
  • Good communication skills
  • Previous Experience preferred
  • Must be well organized, reliable, and hard-working as well as a strong team player
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to pay close attention to detail
