· Start each day with a big smile and an enthusiastic "hello" to greet our amazing members and guests as they arrive.
· Be their go-to expert! Answer questions, give them the lowdown on the latest classes, and help them find their way around the club.
· Keep things neat and organized at the welcome desk, making sure it reflects the high-end experience we offer.
· Help members sign up for classes, book facilities, and handle any membership inquiries like a pro.
· Get to know our members personally, learning their preferences and making their experience with us extra special.
· Stay in the know about all the cool stuff happening at the club, from events to promotions, so you can spread the word with excitement.
Requirements:
· We're looking for someone between the ages of 17 and 21 who's ready to shine and grow with us.
· Your positive energy should be as bright as the sun! We want you to radiate good vibes and make everyone feel welcome.
· Being a sports enthusiast is a must! We want someone who can talk passionately about the classes, and activities we offer.
· Excellent communication skills, both in person and in writing, will help you connect with our members and be an awesome teammate.
· You've got an eye for details and can juggle multiple tasks like a pro to keep things running smoothly at the welcome desk.
· Our club is all about teamwork, so we need someone who loves collaborating and creating a positive atmosphere.
