- Welcoming/assisting walk-in guests/clients.
- Answering phone calls and transferring calls to appropriate resource.
- Distributes sales performance to PMR’S and house account dealers/clients.
- Distributes and follows up company memos, earned incentive leaves, quotas, sales performances, etc. to co-employees and house account clients.
- Booking of orders (S.O in-charge)
- Updating clients for their unreturned green invoice.
- Updating PMR’s for their client’s unreturned green invoice.
- Checking of pending green invoice per account (unreturned green invoice.)
- Updating/encoding & monitoring (computer & logbook) of green invoices.
- Making a summary of pending green invoices and send thru email. Hard copy also provided.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Preferably with working experience in office procedures and services .
- Fast learner.
- Computer Literate.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
