Financial Auditing: Conducting comprehensive financial audits of real estate transactions, records, and financial statements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry best practices.
Transaction Verification: Verifying real estate transactions, such as property acquisitions, sales, leases, and mortgage agreements, to ensure proper accounting treatment and compliance with relevant regulations.
Internal Controls Assessment: Evaluating and testing the effectiveness of internal controls related to real estate transactions and financial reporting to minimize the risk of fraud and financial misstatements.

Financial Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements related to real estate assets and investments, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and disclosure notes.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant real estate accounting standards (e.g., International Financial Reporting Standards - IFRS or Generally Accepted Accounting Principles - GAAP) and industry-specific regulations (e.g., real estate tax regulations).
Data Analysis: Analyzing financial data and trends related to real estate assets, markets, and investments to provide valuable insights and recommendations to management.
