Qualifications: GCE O level
- Possess good command on spoken and written English
- Computer literate, with Microsoft Excel, Accounts payable experience is an advantage.
Job Description:
- Provide general admin support to colleagues and suppliers.
- Handling daily data entry of paperwork submissions and supplier invoices.
- Handling incoming/outgoing calls/emails
- Issuing of cheques, payment vouchers will be generate by others.
- Filing
- Assisting Accounts Department in data extraction and as and when required.
- Maintaining stock on stationeries and other general necessities
- Provide other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned

Salary: $1,800.00 - $2,200.00 per month
