THE POSITION
We are looking for a Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to expand our market presence. Your focus will be on building strong customer relationships and collaborating with other departments to achieve our sustainability goals.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to our sustainability mission.
- Identify new opportunities for growth and foster relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders aligned with our vision.
- Monitor market trends and customer needs to inform product development and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our sales efforts align with our sustainability objectives.
- Analyze sales data, generate reports, and present insights to senior management to demonstrate the impact of our eco-efforts.
- Continuously improve sales processes and tools to enhance efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Proven track record in sales management with a focus on achieving targets.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide the sales team.
- Excellent communication skills to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure mutually beneficial deals.
